We email it to you 10 days before your tour (right away if you book later), and it is also in your ticket email, as a link and a QR code.
Get ready before you go
Open your link in your phone’s browser (internet needed) and explore before your trip. When the iPhone and Android apps are out (coming soon to the App Store and Google Play), open the same link in the app and download the audio tours you want on Wi-Fi: they then play offline on the ferry and the islands.

Is the City Guide included in my tour?
Yes. Every Le Way Go tour includes the City Guide for the city of your tour.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Your link opens in your phone’s browser, with an internet connection. For offline listening, the Le Way Go City Guide app for iPhone and Android is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play: open the same link in the app and download the audio tours you want.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, in the iPhone and Android apps (coming soon), for the audio tours you have downloaded: open the app on Wi-Fi before your visit and tap Download on the tours you want. The browser version needs an internet connection, and cell signal on the islands and ferries can be weak.
Which languages are available?
English, Spanish, French, Italian and German. Each person in your group can choose their own language on their phone.
Do I need headphones?
We recommend them, so you can listen comfortably in busy places. Any headphones or earbuds work.
Can my whole group use it?
Yes. Your link works for your booking. Open it on each phone in your group.
Does the City Guide replace my ticket?
No. You still need the official ticket we send you to board the ferry. The City Guide is your guide for the day.
