5. Cookies and tracking

We use only the cookies our website needs to work, and Stripe uses cookies on the payment page to prevent fraud. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across websites. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies. If we add other analytics or optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers store information in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide your booking and to meet tax and accounting obligations, for as long as those rules require (up to 7 years). Messages to our support team are kept for up to 2 years. Then we delete or anonymize the information.

8. How we keep your information safe

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and trusted providers that protect your data. No system on the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you notice anything unusual.

9. Children

Our website and app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Parents and guardians book for children; we only record a child’s age category. If you believe a child gave us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Wherever you live, you can:

  • ask what personal information we have about you and get a copy
  • ask us to correct it
  • ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it for legal reasons

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within 45 days.

11. Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not track you across other websites. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information, which we do not do anyway.
